• On both routes, the first tour departs bus stop 1 at 10:00 AM, with the last tour departing at 4:00 PM
• On the Blue Route, the tour departs earlier at some stops: please check locally for the latest timetable
• The frequency is every 60 minutes on both routes
• The Red Route lasts approximately 80 minutes in duration, and the Blue Route approximately 130 minutes
• Customers can board the bus at any of the bus stops
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You must keep social distance while in vehicles
You are required to bring and wear a mask
All vouchers should be redeemed at The Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates before boarding the bus.
When should I book?

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
