Blue Mosque is closed on Friday and seen from outside due to Friday congregational prayer
When visiting Sultanahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque); modest, conservative clothing which exposes a minimum of flesh is good.
No shorts or sleeveless shirts on either men or women. Women cover over head with scarf or shawl.
It may be challenging to do the tour with a stroller, not recommended
Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays
Entrance to Basilica Cistern (350TL per person) is not included in the tour price. When you pay your tour guide your entrance fee in advance, you will have the privilege of skipping the ticket queue. You can pay the tour guide in cash in TL (or in usd or euro).
In front of VOGUE HOTEL SUPREME ISTANBUL: Your guide, wears a tourist guide badge, so easy to spot, will meet up with you in front of "Vogue Hotel Supreme Istanbul". Located on “Yerebatan Street” where the tram lines (T1) run through Sultanahmet, approximately 2 minutes walk from Sultanahmet tram stop.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
