Start the tour at 9 AM with pick-up from your hotel. After a 5 minute drive,  set out on a hike through the beautiful Rose Valley which will take just over an hour. Pass by fairy-chimneys, local farms, pigeon houses, and rock-hewn cave chapels. Admire the wonderful range of rose-colored hues in the valley which change in intensity depending on the season, time of day, and weather conditions. Then head to Monks Valley (Pasabag), where you will see the mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys and St. Simeon's monk cell. Then, drive to Goreme for lunch.

In the afternoon, enjoy a tour of the Kaymaklı underground city, the first and most popular underground city in Cappadocia. Discover how this complex carved underground was used for hundreds of years by locals to hide from Romans, Persians, and Maurs. The final destination on the tour will be a photo stop at the bottom of Uchisar Rock-cut castle. Enjoy return transfer back to your hotel at around 4 PM.
