Please note, this flight does not take place in the Goreme Valley. Instead, it will take place over the Çat Valley, Soğanlı Valley or Ihlara Valley, which are still being explored. And there will not be as many balloons as in Goreme Valley. This is because these places have less tourist capacity.
One day before the flight, you will be notified of the flight status and exact pick-up information via WhatsApp or email. So don't forget to check your messages and emails.
In case weather conditions threaten safety, Civil Aviation Authorities may cancel the flight.
In case of such cancellations, a full refund will be made or your booking will be postponed to the next available day according to availability.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
