Once the final checks have been made, the pilots will give a general briefing about flight and safety before take-off. Afterwards, it's time to hop-in the balloon and rise to an altitude of 2,000 feet (600 meters). Look far and wide as you glide over valleys and take in panoramic views. We reserve the right to cancel a flight if weather conditions are likely to create a risk in terms of flight security.
If your flight is cancelled by the team on the day because of weather conditions, a full refund will be given. Alternatively, your booking may be transferred to the following day, based on availability. The choice is yours.
There is a possibility to choose the size of balloon from 20 to 28 passengers.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
