Experience the Mevlevi Ceremony, a Sufi ritual that has been performed for centuries. Watch the performance of the Sema, a dance that represents the spiritual journey of the soul. At the end of the performance, chat with the performers and enjoy a glass of sherbet.
The Mevlevi Ceremony consists of four sections and seven chapters and lasts at least 45 minutes. The duration of the ceremony varies according to the musical modes, but is exactly the same as the performances performed during the time of Hazrat Mevlana and Hazrat Sultan Veled in terms of Sufism.
The executive team is trained in dervish lodge education and etiquette and performs the ceremony secularly. The Sema committee performs the Sema Ceremony in accordance with the circular published by the Ministry of Culture.
At the end of the Sema performance, chat with the performers and enjoy a glass of sherbet.
