Immerse yourself in Tunisian life with an overnight trip from Zarzis or Djerba. Hike in through olive groves and more in the Dhaher mountains before spending the night in an 18th-century Berber attic.
Get Picked-up at your hotel or accommodation and head to Ksar Jouamaa through the Roman Road.
Arrive and meet the local guide who will take you for a hike to explore the region!
During this hike, you will cross paths off the beaten track (stony pistes), olive groves and you will meet the locals (shepherds for example).
Arrive at the natural water source and settle down to enjoy a nice picnic lunch
After the meal, departure to Ksar Jouamaa with your guide. This Ksar dates from the 18th century and has been converted into a rural cottage. It is located on the mountain at a height of 650 meters.
Settle into your Ghorfa for dinner. The next day, enjoy your breakfast and return to Djerba
