From Koh Lanta there is a hotel pick up service or Choose to meet at the pier for transfer.
The ferry boat departs from Saladan Pier heading to Railay and Ao Nang. (Travel time 2 hours).
When reaching Railay Pier there is no hotel delivery service. Therefore, you will have to find your own way to the hotel from the destination pier.
