Tiger Welfare
The welfare of our animals is our top priority and we are committed to providing the best care possible. Our animals are never chained, sedated, declawed or defanged. Daily human contact helps to create a bond between tiger and keeper and makes our big cats responsive to positive reinforcement training. Our tigers have no fear of humans and do not see us as prey, as such they do not feel any aggression towards people and are very relaxed around us.
Our aim is to try and educate our visitors regarding the plight of the wild tiger, and we hope that our animals cannot only provide a once in a lifetime experience, but can also inspire others to care about tigers as much as we do.
Height and Age requireme
• Cheetah's ticket must be age over 4 years old and height than 110 cm.
• Children under 2 years old can follow parents in Smallest/Newborn free of charge.
• Children under 15 years old and height below 160 cm. are allowed only Smallest/Newborn
• Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Each activity takes no more than 10 minutes.
Those under 15 years old should be under the supervision of a guardian.
Children under 2 years old can follow parents in Smallest/Newborn free of charge.
There are several activity options to choose from.
Do not approach a tiger from behind.
Do not touch the tiger's head.
Do not use flash photography.
Follow the instructions of the tiger caretaker.
Food, drinks, selfie sticks, walking sticks, or wheelchairs are not allowed into the activity area.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
