Child ticket age between 4-11 years.
The rider's weight must under than 85 kg (187 Ibs). Nonrefundable for over weight rider.
Infant (under 3 years old) is free of charge (sit with parents, Total weight < 65 kg).
Rider shall wear long pants and uncontrolled riding is NOT permitted.
Group Rides are restricted to a maximum of 8 riders.
We want you to enjoy your ride and your safety is very important to us.
We provide each rider with a safety equestrian helmet and riding boots.
Prior to leaving the stable, strong intermediate riders and advance riders must demonstrate an ability to independently control their horse.
Should you arrive late for your beach ride we may be forced to reduce the duration of your beach ride so the following group is not impacted.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
You have to come to the meeting point. The exact meeting point and meeting time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
