Description
Enjoy a day of adventure on this unique experience that combines white water rafting on the turbulent Song Preak River, a scenic jungle walk, swimming at a stunning waterfall, and a visit to the Monkey Temple located in an atmospheric cave.
The day begins with pickup from your hotel in Krabi and travels in an air-conditioned bus to the white water rafting location at Song Preak River. After a quick safety briefing and training session, get kitted out with all the necessary equipment and then hit the water.
Immerse yourself in adrenaline as you ride along the river for 5 km, chasing the current and riding along the rapids. Afterwards, head into the jungle for a scenic walk to the stunning Manorah Waterfall, nestled deep in the green foliage of the landscape. Enjoy some free time to swim and relax at the waterfall followed by a traditional Thai lunch accompanied by seasonal fruits, tea, and coffee.
Once you’re full up from lunch, visit the nearby Monkey Cave, a famous temple that houses a 15-meter long golden Buddha. The cave is highly popular with the local community due to its beauty and uniqueness. At the temple, learn about the culture of the locals as well as Buddhism itself, and catch a glimpse of the monks who meditate here. Outside the temple, be delighted by the array of monkeys who wait here for tourists to feed them treats.
