Discover the exotic cuisine of Northern Thailand with Grandma's Home Cooking School's new Lanna Exotic Cooking Class. In this one-day course, guests will learn how to cook five traditional dishes including Northern Thai Sausage, Nam Prik Ong or Nam Prik Num, Northern Pork Belly Curry, Curry Young Jackfruit, and Stuffed Dough Pyramid. The class starts with a visit to the local market where instructors will introduce various ingredients and seasonings, followed by a tour of the organic farm while explaining Thai herbs and vegetables. Participants will have their individual cooking stations to prepare the dishes with the guidance of English-speaking instructors. The course also includes lunch, round-trip transfers to and from your hotel, dessert and refreshment session with tasting, and a recipe book for the summary class. The activity is open to all dietary requirements and visitors aged 0-15 are welcome to join as observers.
