Pickup is available for all hotels within Chiang Mai's old town and Nimman areas. The pickup time starts between 7:00 - 7:30 AM. The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time via E-mail. Please don't forget to re-check your E-mail. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the guide has moved on from your hotel.

Cancellations
