The meeting point is ICONSIAM, counter at Sooksiam Zone, G Floor, next to Naraya Shop. You have to check-in and redeem ticket at the meeting point before boarding at Pier 2. You can get there by getting to the Krung Thonburi BTS Skytrain Station and taking the exit no. 1. Then you would take the shuttle boat which comes every 15 minutes. Additionally, you can go to the Saphan Taksin BTS Skytrain Station and take the exit no. 2, and then take a shuttle boat to the ICONSIAM Pier via Sathorn pier available every 10 minutes or you can take a taxi.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
