IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• The ticket is available based on the validation time. For example, if you purchase a 24-hour ticket and get on the bus at 2 PM on Tuesday, the ticket is valid until 2 PM on Wednesday. However, the bus doesn't run 24 hours.
• The bus tours are fully narrated. The narration is triggered by GPS and is pre-recorded in 7 languages. Languages include English, Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, German, French, and Thai.
• Children aged 5 and under are free of charge.
• Please arrive at the bus stop 10-15 minutes prior to the bus arrival time. However, please be aware that the bus may be delayed due to an unforeseen traffic jam or accident.
• Buses depart every 40 minutes daily from 9 AM—4:20 PM from the first bus stop (King Power Mahanakorn).
• From the first to the last bus stop, without getting off the bus, the route takes approximately 3–3.5 hours, depending on the traffic and road closures.

Please note that you must exchange your voucher at the ticket counter before the tour begins. The ticketing counter and bus stop is in front of Mahanakorn Skywalk , which can be reached easily from BTS Chong Nonsi Exit 3. Please arrive at the bus stop 10-15 minutes prior to the bus arrival time.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
