• Outdoor seating is subjected to availability on a first come first served basis since the seats are limited
• Child tickets are valid for children between 80-120cm in height only
• This ticket is valid for international customers only - Thai citizens must purchase directly from the hotel
• The rate is not available for festive days: Mother's Day, Loy Kratong, Father's Day, Christmas Eve, New Year Eve and Songkran Day
• The buffet has a time limit of 2 hours
• Dining slots are 5 PM - 7 PM, 7 PM - 9 PM, and 9 PM - 11 PM
• Opening hours for the Observation Deck on the 77th floor are from 10 AM to 10 PM
• Opening hours for the Sky Walk Revolving Roof Deck on the 84th floor are from 6 PM to 10 PM

On arrival, please proceed to the check-in counter on the 18th or 19th floor of Baiyoke Hotel. Then, go to the Bangkok Balcony Restaurant on the 81st floor.
The hotel is located next to the Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link station. You can reach directly by taxi, or take the BTS Skytrain to Ratchatewi followed by a taxi to the hotel, or take the BTS Skytrain to Phayathai station and change to the Airport Rail Link to Ratchaprarop station.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
