Your host will assist you through the application for a visa upon arrival service and then take your through customs via the "Premium Immigration Lane.' As you head downstairs, a dedicated baggage porter will be arranging the collection of your checked bags as your concierge fast tracks you through Customs and escorts you and your guests to your onward transportation or to your host for transportation to the hotel.
On your departure, there is no need to wait in line, your concierge will pre-arrange the check-in and printing of your boarding passes and luggage tags. The hostess will be waiting to meet you at Gate D5 opposite VIP Fast Lane Immigration of Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. Look for your guide at the gate D5, who will then assist with Immigration and customs clearance and then drop you off at the meeting point: Gate 4.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
