Day 0: Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a Kizza Adventures driver. You’ll be transferred to your hotel in Moshi for a comfortable overnight stay, preparing you for the exciting journey ahead.
Day 1: Arrival in Zanzibar & Prison Island
In the afternoon, you’ll fly to Zanzibar. A guide will greet you at the airport or harbor and escort you to your hotel in Stone Town. After check-in, enjoy lunch before embarking on a boat trip to Prison Island. The 40-minute boat ride offers a glimpse into the island’s history as a former slave prison. Explore the island, meet the giant tortoises, and enjoy the pristine beach. You can relax, sunbathe, swim, or snorkel in the nearby reef. Return to Stone Town for dinner at the renowned Forodhani Gardens.
Day 2: Stone Town to Jozani Forest
After breakfast, your guide will take you to Jozani Forest, a haven for rare species like the red Colobus monkeys and Zanzibar Sykes’ monkeys. The forest walk includes the Mangrove swamp, offering unique photo opportunities and insights from your naturalist guide. After exploring Jozani, return to Stone Town for lunch and enjoy some free time to explore the local area or relax.
Day 3: Souvenir Shopping & Departure

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
