DAY 1: TARANGIRE
The safari starts around 8 a.m., after your breakfast. The safari guide will pick you up at your hotel, lodge, or hostel in Arusha and meet the others from the group. The drive to Tarangire National Park takes about 2 hours, and you will be at the gate of Tarangire National Park at about 10 a.m. From here, you will already start your safari; you will have a full-day game drive in the national park.

Highlights of Tarangire National Park:

- perfect for bird lovers.
- many other animals like monkeys, leopards, lions, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, etc.

DAY 2: SERENGETI
Today we have a longer drive to the famous Serengeti National Park. After breakfast, at about 8 a.m., the drive will begin. The drive will take about 3 hours, but don't worry, it will be anything but boring. You will be at Serengeti Gate in time for lunch at 1 p.m. There, you will get your lunch, and you can go for a short walk. The break will last about an hour, and after that, you will start your half-day game drive. At about 6 p.m., you will be at the campsite.

Highlights of the transit day:
- Drive through colourful towns and villages.
- Beautiful landscapes.
- Ngorongoro Gate: short break, chance to see baboons, and learn about the history of the crater
- Ngorongoro: view point, perfect place for a short photo session, and a nice view over the whole crater
- Drive from the viewpoint to the Serengeti Gate; from here, you can already see many animals.
- On the drive, there are also many Masai villages.
- Additional: visit to a Maasai village (extra cost).

DAY 3: SERENGETI TO NGORONGORO HIGHLAND
Today the safari starts early in the morning, at about 6 a.m. for sunrise. After about 4 hours game drive, you will drive back to the lodge to have brunch and pick up your luggage. After that, you will do another game drive and slowly drive back towards Ngorongoro highland to spend the night at Ngorongoro Simba Camp.

- Landscapes
- Large groups of lions

- Big wildlife migration (depending on the season)
- Serengeti Kopges (rocks from the Lion King movie)
- The highest concentration of large mammals in the world
- More than 500 species of birds.

Day 4: NGORONGORO CRATER TO ARUSHA
Today, we'll start early in the morning, at around 6:00 a.m., to drive to Ngorongoro Crater. On this half-day game drive, you will have the chance to see many animals, and it's also the best chance to see rhinos. At the lake, you will have a short break and observe hippos. At around 11:30am , you will drive back to the camp for the Lunch and pack your things for a Transfer to Arusha.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
