9 Days Combo Kenya and Tanzania Safari Experience

Embark on an unforgettable 9-day safari from the iconic Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru to the famous Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara and the Serengeti. Explore the desert of Kenya and Tanzania, from nairobi-arusha
Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara Game Reserve
Pick up from hotel or airport, depart for Mara descending the great Rift Valley where you will stop to take some photos of the incredible views. You will later proceed to the Maasai Mara arriving to check in at the camp, freshen up and then prepare for your night safari discovering the park's magnificent wildlife, from big cats such as lion, leopard and cheetah to rhinoceros , elephant and wildebeest. Return to Rhino Tourist Camp or similar


Day 2: Full Day Masai Mara Reserve
After breakfast, spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of lion, buffalo, elephant, rhinoceros and leopard animals. Picnic lunches in the reserve near the hippo pool. There are resident hippos and Nile crocodiles sitting on the banks of the Mara River all year round. Return in the evening for dinner and overnight at Rhino Tourist Camp or similar


Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru
Early morning safari in Masai Mara, followed by breakfast, then departure to Lake Nakuru National Park. After lunch an exciting safari until 6.30 at night. The park is home to impressive flocks of lesser and greater flamingos. Dinner and accommodation at Buraha Zenoni station or similar.

Day 4: Nakuru- Nairobi
After an early morning breakfast, continue with the game. After lunch, leave Lake Nakuru for Nairobi and arrive in the afternoon for an overnight stay at Kenya Comfort Hotel or similar.


Day 5: Nairobi-Arusha-Lake Manyara National Park
Pick up from the hotel at 5:00 am and transfer to the shuttle bus, it will be a 4 hour journey to Arusha. We will cross the border at Namanga and arrive in Arusha at 9:00 am. We will then proceed to Lake Manyara, known for bird watching and tree-climbing lions. It offers a diverse view of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Dinner and overnight at jambo camp or similar


Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will head to Serengeti National Park, the world and home of wildebeest migration. Later in the day you will have your picnic viewing the beautiful vegetation, night safari. Then dinner and accommodation at the Seronera camp or similar.

Day 7: Serengeti
Full days in the Serengeti dedicated to morning, mid-morning and afternoon safaris. Dinner and overnight at Seronera Camp or similar


Day 8: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater
Early morning safari as we descend to the bottom of Ngorongoro Crater, which is home to the largest caldera in the world. The crater is home to more than 20 black rhinos. We will later proceed to our picnic lunch at Ngoitok Springs while enjoying the beauty of Ngorongoro. In the evening we will return to the Simba camp or similar to spend the night


Day 9:Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
After breakfast and your last game drive out of Ngorongoro towards Olduvai Gorge discovering the remains of homo habilis. After lunch visit several places in the gorge and then proceed to Arusha for the night.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
