Taipei Zoo: “Group Ticketing Kiosk” at Taipei Zoo Main Entrance. 2 minute's walk from Taipei Zoo Station on MRT's Wenhu Line. Scan your digital QR Code via the ticketing machine to redeem your paper tickets, then hand the tickets to ticketing staff for entry.
Maokong Gondola: Present your QR Code to ticketing staff to exchange the tickets at the Maokong Gondola Taipei Zoo Station ticketing office (1st or 4th floor) or at Maokong Gondola Taipei Zoo South Station.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
