Your guide will pick you up at 8:30 at your hotel in Lucerne. If you’re not staying in Lucerne, you will meet your guide at 8:30 at Torbogen.
You will catch a train at 9:10 a.m. from Lucerne main train station. After a 45-minute train ride, you and your guide will arrive at Engelberg.

Depending on the weather and avalanche warnings, the location of the tour might be moved to another valley. We will inform you about the conditions and risks beforehand so you can make an informed decision.

From here, we will take the cable car or funicular to a higher point, where you will start an easy 2 to 3-hour snowshoe hike.

You will catch a 4:02 p.m. train back from Engelberg to Lucerne. Arrival time in Lucerne 4:49 p.m.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
