Accessibility: One of the boats operating this tour is accessible to persons in manual wheelchairs. Please note that the ramp slope is depending on current water level. We do not accept electric wheelchairs on the ramp. It is always possible to leave a wheelchair on the quay. Our staff will fasten it with a lock and cover it from rain. There are a few steps to enter the boat.
Pets: Yes. Dogs that can be kept in owner’s lap throughout the tour are welcome on board. Please sit outside where possible or in the back of the boat. Due to lack of space it is not possible to keep your dog on the floor under your seat or in the gangway.
Stroller: No. Not possible to bring on board but it is possible to leave it on the quay. Our staff will fasten it with a lock and cover it from rain.
Toilets: Yes.
Cafeteria: Yes.
Outside seating: Yes. Most of our boats have a limited number of sets outside in the aft of the vessel.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
