For meat lovers: Homemade orecchiette or macaroni pasta with a rich and flavorful tradigional sauce 'Bolognese' made with organic tomatoes from our garden, cacio ricotta cheese, and ground meat. The sauce is slow-cooked for at least 3-4 hours, resulting in an intense and satisfying flavor. During dinner, we'll share our grandmother's secrets for creating the perfect Bolognese sauce!
For vegetarians: Orecchiette pasta with an irresistible vegan ragu made with a mix of selected legumes like chickpeas, lentils, and beans, and a sauté of fresh vegetables. A tasty and nutritious dish, perfect for those who love bold flavors.
To finish on a sweet note, we'll treat you to homemade tiramisu, made with fresh eggs and aromatic coffee. We'll also reveal the steps to creating a creamy and delicious tiramisu, just like Grandma used to make!
