The itinerary details will be confirmed with you 3-5 days before your departure via WhatsApp.
Pick-up vehicles, either Solati or Starex/Staria, will be assigned based on the number of participants.
Please note that the driver does not enter any attractions visited.
The total service duration is 5/10 hours, from the meet-up point to the drop-off location.
Overtime charges (including extended durations at spots, traffic jams, etc.) will be in cash: KRW 25,000 per hour, and for groups of 11-14, KRW 50,000 per hour.
The driver will make every effort to find free parking. For paid parking, charges will be claimed with you based on the receipt (please settle in cash at the end of the tour, if any).

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
