After being picked up from your hotel or location in the local area, you'll head to Yala National Park, where you'll explore light forests, scrubs, grasslands, lagoons, and a diverse range of animals. With a private 4WD Jeep and an expert guide, you'll make the most of the ‘Golden Hours’—either the first two hours after sunrise.
During this safari, you'll search for leopards, sloth bears, and elephants, with your knowledgeable guide and driver expertly navigating the park's vast terrain. The morning tour starts at 5am, allowing you to witness the sunrise as the park opens at 6am.
Located on Sri Lanka’s southeast coast, adjacent to the scenic Indian Ocean, Yala is a wildlife sanctuary home to 44 varieties of mammals and 215 bird species. In this rich environment, you can encounter leopards, elephants, water buffalo, sloth bears, sambars, jackals, spotted deer, peacocks, and crocodiles.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
