Discover the local wine country of Utiel-Requena on a full-day tour. Departing from the center of Valencia, this guided tour takes you to a 2 wineries and includes a tasting of delicious local food as well as a traditional lunch.
Departing from central Valencia you will head to the countryside in comfort on your way to the Utiel-Requena wine-producing area. First up in Requena’s old town you will visit a medieval underground winery and learn the traditional way of making wine. Afterwards you will taste the produce of a local deli including the typical Requena dry sausages.
The tour will continue with a visit to a family-owned winery where you will enjoy their hospitality, visit their vineyards and winery, and, of course, taste their best wines. The last stop to finish off the tour will be at a typical Spanish restaurant for fabulous lunch before heading back to Valencia.
