This tour proceeds rain or shine.
Customer agrees to be prepared to start of service on the date and estimated time and place agreed, if there is any delay, the contracted activity will reduce the tour, which could to cause a change in the contracted service. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and, in such case, no refund of the amount will be made subscriber.
The tour itinerary may vary if there are street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour.

Pick-up takes place on Avenida de Portugal 1 (41004, Sevilla), in front of the Consulate of Portugal. We do not have a physical point as such at this pick-up location, but do not worry, you can contact us by phone or write to us by WhatsApp (+34 680 69 54 87) at any time.
The tuk-tuks are usually always punctual in this direction, but sometimes there is traffic and they are a few minutes late. If the tuk-tuk is not at the pick-up point at the exact time of your reservation, do not hesitate to contact us, so we can tell you exactly what time it will arrive. Whenever there is any delay, we notify you as far in advance as possible to the telephone number you have indicated.
