One week Spanish Course living at your Tutor's family home

Apart from learning during the lessons, students have the opportunity to become part of our family and enjoy a fully immerse course. We are located in a UNESCO's World Heritage Site.
We run courses all year round at our house in Puente Viesgo, North coast of Spain, just 20 km. from Santander. Therefore, there should be no problem with being in May with us, unless we're fully booked.

Apart from having lessons in the morning for about three to four hours, lessons depend on content not time, you will be sharing our family lifestyle, you will have meals with all the family, play with our twin daughters, help cooking, go to the supermarket or watch telly with us among other things. We will welcome you as another member of our family. However, you will have your own bedroom with an en-suite bathroom to enjoy all the privacy you require.

The week's course includes:

Full-board accommodation.
Tuition in the morning from Monday to Friday.
Materials designed by our tutor's team.
Santander Airport Transfer (Santander Ferry or Coach station also included).
Of course, a cup of tea at any time.

You just need to contact us with the approximate Spanish level and the dates you would like to take your courses and we will arrange something to meet your needs.

Students arrive at the weekend in order to start lessons on Monday. We recommend you to check Ryanair flights to Santander beforehand so that there are no problems with tickets. You can also take flights to Bilbao and you can either travel by bus to Santander and we will pick you up there or we can pick you up at Bilbao airport at an extra cost (60€ each way).

You can spend your free time enjoying one of the many walks that you can take from our doorstep or take one of our bikes and ride along the old railway track. Puente Viesgo is also famous because of its prehistoric caves -UNESCO's World Heritage Site- and the Spa (Balneario de Puente Viesgo). There is also a public bus that takes you to Santander in 40 minutes. Santander is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain, the safest, with more than 5 Km. of beaches, lovely food and many activities to do.

You can also take some excursions at an extra cost, to the impressive Picos de Europa, a medieval town like Santillana del Mar, one of the lovely fishing villages or to Comillas to see one of Gaudi's most famous buildings. There are many other excursions you can take.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
