This full-day tour will take you from Malaga to the historic city of Antequera, a jewel in Andalusia. Designed for travelers looking for a combination of cultural and natural heritage and an authentic Andalusian experience.
The tour includes guided visits to key monuments such as the Dolmens Archaeological Ensemble (Unesco World Heritage Site), exploration of natural wonders such as the stunning karst landscape at Torcal de Antequera (Unesco World Heritage Site), tour of the historic center and free time to enjoy the local gastronomy and other sites of interest.
After the visit to the Dolmens we will be transferred by bus to the upper part of the city where we will make a guided tour guide on foot in the surroundings of the Alcazaba (City Wall, Arco del Gigante, Real Colegiata Santa María Mayor, etc).
We also offer an exclusive option (under previous reservation) for people interested in an enjoyable guided visit to its historic Alcazaba (castle-fortress of Muslim origin located on Roman ruins) and then you will have free time.
Those who do not wish to visit the Alcazaba will have free time to have lunch and explore the historical center on their own.
Once the free time is over, we will meet again in the Plaza de Toros area of Ronda to transfer by bus to the Natural Park of El Torcal (World Heritage Site by Unesco).
It is a nice panoramic tour through the Valley of El Torcal until we arrive at the Visitors Reception Center El Torcal where we will be explained the curiosities of this exceptional karst landscape: geology, flora and fauna.
Then we will make a brief tour to its Natural Monument called "El Tornillo" for its peculiar shape.
