Duration:
04:00 hours
Description
Take a tour of Seoul's crazy nightlife with a Frenchman who's been living in Seoul for 15 years. An evening like no other, because it's just like you.
Seoul may sometimes seem unglamorous by day, as it has been damaged by numerous wars and the country's former poverty, but it lights up at night, to look beautiful and party. It's not for nothing that it's nicknamed "the city that never sleeps".
Depending on your mood, your night out can be as leisurely as you like in the city center, in the traditional narrow streets of Jongno/Euljiro with their quaint neon lights, along the inland Changgyecheong River or near the river's magnificent "Floating Islands". In summer, if we're lucky when booking, the palaces are open in the evenings, an extremely popular attraction.
But you also have to see the craziness of outlet districts like Hongdae and Itaewon, illuminated by a thousand lights. And if you want to go to an open-air restaurant, have a drink or listen to some good music, whatever it is (from jazz to techno), your guide knows the nightlife inside out and will find the perfect place for you.
He has lived in Seoul since 2009, as a film and video producer and director, and before that as a journalist with a degree in Political Science (Sciences Po). He speaks very good Korean, and has produced or helped to produce fiction films, documentaries and French reports on Seoul within this company:

He has been working for tourism agencies since 2018.

Not only has he directed films on nightlife or music (or helped make a documentary on Korean rap for French TV), but he's even run a bar and organized numerous concerts.
Modifiable from 7pm to 11pm, or even later if you're more of a night owl!
