The tour will start at the Hector Pieterson Memorial, where you will be learning about one of the critical points in the abolition of apartheid in South Africa called the 1976 Soweto Uprising. This was when young heroines, like Antoinette Sithole were brave enough to protest against the apartheid regime, and young hero’s like Hector Pieterson were killed fighting for the liberation of South Africa.

Then together with the guide m, you will hop on the local transport minibus to the Soweto Towers.
