When you arrived at the venue please ask for Malvern / Dintle and purchase your quadbiking entrace permits at the permit office.
Kindly ensure that you arrive at the venue 20 minutes early before your quadbiking tour departure time for briefing and helmets. Should you arrive later than 5 minutes before departure time your tour may be forfeited and not refunded or rescheduled.
Our 1 hour tours usually run for around 40minutes .This is due to the fact that we need to do a safety briefing before we go out, get out onto our bikes and start them up . This process usually takes 10-15 minutes.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
