The tour takes place in all weather conditions but in case of bad weather heavy raing or freezing) , you are entitled to cancel the tour and receive a refund, or reschedule the tour to a different date.

If you need to park your car, you can use the Opera or Carlton Garages, both just a 3-minute walk from the meeting point
Please do not drink alcohol before the tour: If you do not qualify for a ride, the guide is entitled to cancel the tour without any refund
The minimum height to take part in this tour is 120 centimeters (3 foot 11 inches)
The meeting point is the local partner's Segway office at Františkánske námestie 8, Bratislava (walking zone, next to the Mexican restaurant).

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
