• The duration of the tour will be between 4 and 5 hours depending on your selected option and traffic
• Dune bashing is not allowed for pregnant women, those who have heart, back or neck problems, and children under 3
• Casual, loose-fitting clothing is recommended in the summer
• Warm clothing, including proper jackets, are recommended for the winter
• It is not recommended that you eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid sickness during the dune bashing
• Sports shoes are required for sandboarding
• The duration of the tour includes the pick-up and drop off times
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned

The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
