From Funchal: Sunrise at Pico do Arieiro with Breakfast

Watch a stunning sunrise in Madeira at the summit of Pico do Arieiro on a morning tour from Funchal. Enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee alongside a buffet-style breakfast after exploring a forest.
After the hotel pick up ( around 6:00 AM) we drive you to Pico do Arieiro where we will enjoy the Sunrise around 7 AM. This is the highest viewpoint of the island at 1818 metres of altitude. See the sunrise while enjoying a hot cup of coffee or tea, a luxury only our clients will have as there are no coffee places open at that particular time. You can choose a few varieties of coffee, as we have sugar and milk on the side, and we normally have 3 different options for tea. You can enjoy all of this as it is included in our price. We also have sandwiches , some cake, biscuits, water, orange juice, fruit jam, cheese, ham, in a buffet style breakfast. We accomodate special diet requests if you tell us beforehand.
After all of this we go back to the area of Camacha and go for a lovely levada walk in the Paradise Valley area, it should take you about 40 minutes to complete.
The levada walk adds a nice touch to this tour as you get to see some endemic trees from the Laurissilva forest. After this we go back and if you wish to be dropped off at rhe City center instead if your hotel for example, its a non issue for us.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
