- This flight is not private, and there may be other passengers on board with you. The helicopter is designed to carry a maximum of 3 passengers, and it's necessary to distribute the weight of the passengers evenly for the safety and stability of the aircraft
- The maximum weight allowed per passenger is 120 kg (264.55 lbs), in case you exceed it, you won't be allowed to join the flight. If you exceed the 110kg (242.50 lbs) limit, you'll be asked to pay for 2 seats upon arrival at the heliport. Please, provide each passenger weight information before the flight.
- All passengers must show a valid ID or passport at the check-in desk in order to board the helicopter
- There is a minimum number of people required to operate the tour. In the event that this minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
