Boarding happens 5 minutes before departure time. Because it is a shared tour, the boat will have to leave on time out of respect for the other guests. Please ensure you are punctual and that any transportation to the meeting point, such as taxis, is arranged in advance to avoid delays.
One of the access roads to the dock, coming from the city center, is closed to traffic because of the metro works, which causes longer delays than usual. Bear this in mind.
