After enjoying a typical fishermen's breakfast and seeing the local offer of fresh food and products, head to the Arrábida Nature Park. Take a swim at one of the idyllic beaches of this park and discover a hidden cave.
Afterwards, head to the top of the mountain to get a panoramic view over the park, and marvel at the amazing sights. Here, you will also find a monastery that was once used by Franciscan Monks. Head back to Setúbal for a typical lunch with several different tapas of Portuguese food. At the end of the day, visit one of the local wineries for a tour and wine tasting.
