After being picked up from your hotel with the pickup option, or after meeting your guide at the meeting point with the standard option, you’ll begin your unique horseback adventure by entering a hidden pathway leading to lush pine forests, a place of great beauty and a typical landscape of the region. You’ll continue along some winding paths that take you through the countryside, providing ample opportunity for contemplating the gorgeous surrounding flora of the natural park and its distinctive wild fruits.
As you ride, you’ll overlook the sea along the coast until you finally move out onto the beach itself, where you’ll feel the strength and vitality of your horse as you gallop beside the sea. Follow directions to Carrapateira. Once you're in the village, go in the direction of Bordeira Beach or to Sitio do Rio Restaurant. After passing Cabrita Restaurant, continue straight up to Cato Accommodation where you’ll find your meeting point: a wood container with a big flag at the entrance.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
