Explore the hidden coastline of southwest Algarve from the unique perspective of a stand-up paddleboard, and discover places you would never see on a boat tour. Pick-up and drop-off are provided (please ask for meeting points) between Lagos and Sagres and you will be transferred through the Natural Park to a paradise beach.
If you've never tried stand-up paddleboarding before, then you are in for a treat! Guides will show you the basics and all safety techniques. All paddleboard equipment is provided, including wetsuits and buoyancy aids. All you need to bring is a towel and swimming costume. A lot easier than surfing, you'll soon be standing on boards that are big and stable.

Then, it’s time to hit the coast, starting at a slow pace, stopping to enjoy magnificent grottoes and rock formations. Visit hidden beaches, and venture inside dark caves. Look out for birds above you, and fish below. You will even get the opportunity to try some cliff jumping for an adrenaline kick, or splash around and swim for those who prefer to take things gently.

Paddle back to the beach, or catch the shuttle, depending on weather conditions and each individual group’s desire.
