Our commitment to responsible wildlife interaction means that while we aspire to offer swimming opportunities with dolphins, we respect their wild nature and acknowledge the unpredictability of such encounters. Please be aware that swimming with whales is strictly prohibited in the Azores, except under special authorization from the Government for initiatives promoting conservation and sustainability.

In the rare event that neither dolphins nor whales grace us with their presence on your tour, rest assured that we offer options for rebooking another tour at no additional cost. Should weather conditions impede rescheduling, a full refund will be provided.

Furthermore, if your tour includes sightings of at least one species of dolphin or whale but swimming with dolphins proves unattainable, we provide alternatives such as another complimentary tour. In cases where weather prevents rescheduling, a nominal No Swimmer fee will be applied.

Prior to your adventure, a brief simulation will familiarize you with the equipment and guide you on the best practices for entering the ocean, prioritizing the safety of both guests and the marine life we encounter. To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
