We leave Ponta Delgada towards Sete Cidades, Mosteiros and Ferraria.
We leave Ponta Delgada towards Sete Cidades through Covoada side with the following itinerary:
– Viewpoint Pico do Carvão;
– Canário lake;
– Viewpoint Grota do Inferno (30 min medium level walking trail)
– Viewpoint Vista do Rei
– Viewpoint Cerrado das Freiras
– Viewpoint Santiago Lake
Then we go down to the picturesque village of Sete Cidades, where we will walk along the shores of the blue lake. Then, we go to Mosteiros to enjoy its black sand beach and its 4 islets. Finally, we will visit Ponta da Ferraria, where you can take a hot bath in the sea, depending on the time of the year.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Most of the tour is driving with stops at viewpoints, but there is a 15 min (total 30 min) walking trail to Grota do Inferno viewpoint. It's a medium level walking trail. Who are not confortable to do it, wait for the rest of the group at Canário Lake.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
