- For cruise ships docking after 09am, the start time of the tour will be adjusted to the passengers' disembarkation.
- The cruise travelers pick-up will take place inside the waiting room of Ponta Delgada cruise terminal.
- Cruise ships docking at the commercial port will be given information about the pick-up point.
- Some viewpoints are at altitude and can be colder or rainy, so bring a jacket and umbrella whenever the weather advises.
Your guide will be waiting for you inside the arrivals terminal. After you pass the tourist information desk, you will find the reception area.
We will be in front of the door, holding a sign with your name. Please look for your name on the signs and do not leave the area.
If your cruise ship is docking at the commercial port, take the shuttle bus and, at the first stop, your guide will be holding a sign with your name on it.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
