Come learn the basics of scuba diving on a beginner's diving tour before exploring the shallow dive site in the protected bay at Escambron Marine Park, San Juan. Marvel at the sea creatures of this underwater world, including turtles, sea horses, and fish, as you get to grips with diving.
Meet your diving instructor, get fitted for your equipment, and go over the fundamentals of diving before getting into the water. Then, your dive pro will start you out in waist-deep water (3 ft (91 cm)) to get you comfortable breathing underwater and teach you some basic scuba diving skills.
Once you are comfortable, follow your instructor on an underwater tour of all the beautiful aquatic life and fish in the protected La Pocita bay. Keep your eyes peeled for green sea turtles and seahorses that are often found in this area. Head back to shore after your adventure.

If being dropped off:
1) Walk through the pay station and look for the green bridge at the back left (ocean side)
2) Walk over that bridge
3) After the bridge, walk toward the picnic tables on the left
4) Your instructor will meet you there or next to the van
If driving:
1) Pay $5 for parking
2) Drive straight through the parking lot. The pavement will end. Keep going until you end up in another parking lot
3) Look for the picnic tables on the far left
4) Your instructor will meet you there or by the van
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
