The name and surname of each traveller must be provided once the booking is done as tickets to the museum are personal. It is obligatory to take ID or Passport with you. Documents will be checked at the entry.
The allowed dimensions of a bag you can take with you for the exhibition are 30x20x10 (A4 size). If your bag is bigger you will be asked to leave your bigger belongings in a car (don’t worry, they will be locked and supervised by our driver). Please make sure to show up on time. Being late might prevent you from taking part in the tour.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
