Malbork Castle is the largest castle in the world built with 12-15 million bricks it is even bigger than Windsor Castle. Malbork Castle is listed on UNESCO World Heritage Site and is visited by over 500,000 tourists each year. It is home to a museum with 40 thousand items including one of Europe’s largest collection of medieval architectural elements, a collection of artistic amber wares – unique all over the world, an impressive set of old weapons and military equipment, or the extensive coin collection, relating to the historic mints in Malbork.
Your tour will begin when you are picked up from your hotel by an English speaking driver in a comfortable AC minibus, that will take to Malbork. Accompanied by a guide you will be able to enjoy sightseeing of Malbork Castle including a visit to the 14th-century Palace of the Grand Master, which was at one point the residence of the so-called Grand Master of the Teutonic Order and St. Mary’s Church. You will also be able to explore the castle’s various permanent and temporary exhibitions like a collection of weaponry, armor, flags and enormous Amber Museum. While you explore your guide will tell you all the interesting facts and stories of the castle. After your visit you will be taken back to your hotel.

• Wear comfortable shoes, it is a walking tour
• If it is cloudy and chilly bring an extra jacket as it might be windy
• You can carry your umbrella, extra jumper or backpack with you, in case you won’t need it you can always leave it on the bus
• You will be back in Gdansk around 2:30 PM
