There’s no age limit, but a height requirement is in place for the floating playground. Children measuring 3.4 feet or less are not allowed on the playground, though they can explore the resort and beach. Since this is a beach area, please wear appropriate swimwear such as swimsuits, rash guards, board shorts, or swim leggings, particularly on the floating playground. Accessories with sharp edges, like earrings and necklaces, are not permitted on the playground, but you can wear whatever you like on the beach. Outside food and drinks are not allowed; you can purchase items from the Beach Club Restaurant. Smoking is prohibited in the resort, but you may smoke in the parking lot.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
