Entry to the Big Lagoon is limited. If entry is no longer available, you will visit a different spot.
You must pay for your El Nido Tourism Development Fee or Environmental Fee at the transport terminal, hotel, or municipal hall. Keep your QR code for verification before the tour. Your guide will not let you board the boat without this, and you will not be refunded of your booking fee.
The meet-up location is at Jerace Grill in downtown El Nido. Please be at the meeting point before 8:45AM to ensure a timely departure.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
