IMPORTANT INFORMATION
for snorkeling our minimum is at least 3 people to make it happen, everything is included. So pick up time is between 5:00am-5:30am-travel time is around 2 hours in the van and 30 mins on the boat- first come first serve basis in the area, there is a queue that we need to follow. Only 4 people at a time, that's why everyone has 25 mins to swim with dugong to give chance to other people. If high tide in the morning sometimes dugong is not in the area so everyone needs to wait or you will go to turtle island or coral garden first. There is a 90% guarantee to see the dugong because they live there and that's where their feeding area is as well, but of course this tour can be canceled if the weather is not favorable. Normally the tour ends around 2pm-3pm but if it's busy you will be back around 5pm.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
